If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased in the last 7 days, we are more than happy to offer a full refund and will arrange with you a collection. We just ask that the item comes back to us in the same condition it left and with the correct packaging to make its way home.

If your materials are damaged while on transit, please sign for them damaged and we will send out a new one. If you don’t sign for the materials damaged please alert us on the same day as delivery, so we can get to work on resolving the problem.
